A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION, APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER. BEING 165.17 acres of land, more or less, and being described in the following 2 tracts: Tract One: Being 69.13 acres of land, more or less, situated in the J.T. Denton Survey, A-199, Harrison County, Texas, and being the same land more particularly described in that certain General Warranty Deed dated April 1, 2016, from Karen Craver Stansbury, Lori Craver Baugh, and Patti Craver Mack as Lessors, to William Preston Smith, as Lessee, recorder in Instrument Number 2016-000003326, of the Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas. Tract Two: BEING 96.04 acres of land, more or less, being all that certain 101.04 acres of land, situated in the James T. Denton Survey, A-199, Harrison County, Texas, and being more particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed dated April 4, 2016, from Patti Craver Mack aka, Patti Margaret Mack, Karen Craver Stansbury, aka Karen Ann Stansbury and Lori Craver Baugh, aka Lori Susan Baugh, as Grantors to William Preston Smith, as Grantee, recorded in Instrument No. 2016- 000003327 Official Public Records Harrison County, Texas. SAVE AND EXCEPT: 5 acres of land, more or less, situated in the James T. Denton Harrison County, Texas, and being the same land more particularly described that certain Deed dated December 3, 1888, from Brooks Johnson, as Grantor, to H.P.
