NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE (REAL ESTATE) BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF SALE issued out of the 71ST DISTRICT Court of HARRISON County, Texas, in a certain cause numbered 21-0297T. On the 20TH day of SEPTEMBER A.D. 2022, styled: HARRISON CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT VS DANA OVIEDA ET AL, to me, as CIVIL SERGEANT directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 22ND day of SEPTEMBER A.D., 2022 and will between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at approximately 10 AM on the first Tuesday in DECEMBER A.D. 2022, it being the 6TH of said month, at EAST DOORS OF COURTHOUSE of said HARRISON County, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title and interest, if any, which the defendant had on the 22ND day of SEPTEMBER A.D. 2022, or at any time thereafter, of and in the following described property: ALL THAT LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN HARRISON COUNTY TEXAS, WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF MARSHALL, AND BEING THE WEST ONE-HALF (1/2) OF LOT NO. RUTLAND, ET UX, TO MARVIN FINCH, ET UX, DATED APRIL 29, 1968, AND RECORDED IN VOL. 656, PAGE 210 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HARRISON COUNTY, TEXAS; AND ALSO DESCRIBED BY THE HARRISON CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT AS: THE WEST HALF OF LOT 2, BLOCK 30, SCOGGIN ADDITION, CITY OF MARSHALL, HARRISON COUNTY, TEXAS PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1004 CROCKETT, MARSHALL, TEXAS 75670 TAX ID# R000009976 Said property is levied on as the property of DANA OVIEDA AND STAN MANN (IN REM ONLY) and will be sold to satisfy the judgment for $18852.74 Dollars AND COSTS TO CONDUCT THIS ORDER OF SALE. FINAL DOLLAR AMOUNT WILL BE DETERMINED AT DAY OF SALE.
