NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALES (REAL ESTATE) BY VIRTUE OF TWO WRITS OF EXECUTION issued out of the 71ST DISTRICT Court of HARRISON County, Texas, one writ against Janice Eugenia Hess Peacock, defendant, and one writ against Joseph Richard “Joe” Prater, defendant, in that certain cause numbered 21-0366, on the 28TH day of SEPTEMBER A.D. 2021, styled W&A PROPERTIES INC et. al vs. RFE Green Fox, LLC, et. al, to me, as CIVIL SERGEANT directed and delivered, I have levied upon the following described property this 28TH day of SEPTMBER A.D. 2021 and will between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 P.M. at approximately 10 AM on the first Tuesday in DECEMBER A.D. 2021, it being the 7TH of said month, at EAST DOORS OF COURTHOUSE of said HARRISON COUNTY, located in Marshall, Texas, proceed to sell, by separate sales on each defendant, at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title and interest, if any, which the defendants have on the 28TH day of SEPTEMBER A.D. 2021, or at any time thereafter, of and in the following described property: 178 acres of land, more or less, being all of the W.D. Chew Survey #135, Abstract #868 SF 8839, in Harrison County, Texas, containing 218 acres of land, more or less, described in the Patent to said survey recorded in Vol. 128, Page 260, Deed Records of Harrison County, Texas, and a Warranty Deed from W.D. Chew and wife, Carrie Cole Chew to J.T. Bowers dated April 12, 1923, recorded in Vol. 128, Page 1, Harrison County Deed Records, less and except 40 acres of land, more or less, described in Warranty Deed from J.T. Bowers to George O. Baird dated May 14, 1926, recorded in Vol. 143, Page 200 of the Harrison County Deed Records, to which patent and deeds reference is made for the purpose of fully describing said land. JANICE EUGENIA HESS PEACOCK: DEFENDANT’S ENTIRE INTEREST IN THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY BEING 0.4372%. The above-described property is levied on as the property of: JANICE EUGENIA HESS PEACOCK and will be sold to satisfy the judgment for $651.77 Dollars, PLUS COST ASSOCIATED WITH CONDUCTING THIS SALE. THE FINAL DOLLAR AMOUNT TO BE DETERMINED AT THE DAY OF THE SALE. JOSEPH RICHARD “JOE” PRATER: DEFENDANT’S ENTIRE INTEREST IN THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY BEING 0.6559%.
